Dissolve:

Silicon oil EM-2180 should be added into 3-5 parts of water.The required water at 30-40 and stirred for about 10 minutes for completely dissolved.No emulsifier is needed.

 Use of method:
Dip padding: Dissolved product of EM-2180 of 10-15g/L,add permeate agent of 0-2g/L, at water of 30-40 ^oC.

Immersion method: Dissolved product of EM-2180 of 2-3% (o.w.f), ratio bath:1:15,temperature 30-40 ^oC,runtime:15-30 minutes
The dosage can be change according to process and fabric.
